As well as being a Parish Church, St. Botolph’s is also a Ward Church and so intimately connected with the life of the surrounding civic electoral area - the ‘Ward’- in which it is located. Ward moots are held in the church hall from time to time. St. Botolph’s is also connected to a number of Livery Companies. These include The Worshipful Company of Bowyers http://www.bowyers.com/, The Worshipful Company of Coopers http://www.coopers-hall.co.uk/coopers/index.htm and The Worshipful Company of Leathersellers http://www.leathersellers.co.uk/.
